Memberships

Benefits of membership

We are a fun and friendly group. Some of our members are just beginning their gardening journey and others have many years of gardening experience. Some of our members are Master Gardeners and all of our members are always happy to share their knowledge. Everyone is welcome!

We offer an array of different speakers and topics about all areas of horticulture from how to raise bees and Monarchs at home, to raising awareness of the importance of migratory birds. Always something new to learn at our meetings!​

The following nurseries offer a 10% discount to members.

Membership cards must be presented to the cashier before checkout. The discount does not apply to soil, stone, fertilizer, tools, pest management items, specialty houseplants as marked, fresh cut greens, Christmas trees, select garden accessories and custom items. 

 

Show off your horticultural skills with our flower shows!  We offer categories on fruits and vegetables, roses, flowering shrubs, and more. If you want to step out of the box a little and try your hand at designing, we offer clever and fun design categories for you to choose from as well as a novice and youth category. Winners are rewarded at the Annual General Meeting in November.

 

Enter our annual judged photo contest and perhaps your photo will be featured on our website.

 

We also love to get out and explore gardens and shops all around Southern Ontario. We often come up with great bus trips that include shopping, meals, and beautiful sights to see!

At our meetings you can enjoy refreshments prior to the start of each meeting just bring your own mug if possible.

 

Annual Membership Options

  • $25 single

  • $35 family

  • $5 guest fee 

 

If you are not sure you want to become a member, join us as a guest and give the club a try. The guest fee will be waived if you become a member.
